Gartner, the global leader in business consultancy. Partnered with Bajibot and Atlantic 57 to create 10 animated videos explaining their findings, approach and recommendations from the game-changing year of 2020. The videos cover topics such as: The Future of Work, DE&I, Gartner HR, Lessons Learned from 2020 for Leaders, and Digital Accelerated in 2020 and beyond… The target audience was for C level Executives as well as new potential clients and recruitment.

MISSION IMPOSSIBLE
Our friends over at Atlantic 57 reached out for help. The task was to create 10 videos; from script writing, design/illustration, storyboarding, animation to VO recording, all expected to be complete within a 10 weeks timeline over the holiday season.Creating high quality explainer animations, is Bajibot’s sweet spot, but with this scale of the scope and within such an aggressive timeline, made this a challenging project. Project management becomes extremely important in order to meet the deadline. With an Agile workflow approach, staggered check-ins, delivery milestones, and managing a large team of writers, illustrators, and animators. Bajibot successfully delivered 10 high-fidelity animated explainer videos by the deadline.
THE RESULTS
A mission impossible project produced and delivered on time with high fidelity execution. We helped our agency partner prove themselves to their A list client- Gartner.
